Ms. Albright’s experience as an executive and as a member of the boards of directors of public consumer products companies, including experience as president of the former Carter-Wallace division that manufactured and marketed a number of products we subsequently acquired, enables her to provide valuable perspectives on the management and marketing of our consumer products portfolio. In addition, her experience as a member of the audit, compensation and governance committees of several public company boards of directors has enabled her to share with the Board of Directors helpful insights on corporate governance and executive compensation matters.
